Meditation

The meditation practice followed is ‘Shikantaza’ from the Zen tradition, it is a practice of ‘just sitting’ and allowing ‘everything to be as it is’. The invitation is for anyone to come and sit (or stand!). If you also have a meditation practice of your own you are welcome to join in and do that in the period. The meditation is unguided and without intention. However basic instruction is offered to those new to the meditation practice. It is an open invitation to all and at no cost.

Just bring a cushion.

Every Monday & Wednesday:

16.30 – 17.00
